For Rent: a nice apartment, 800 meters from the Mediterranean Sea, 800 meters from two golf courses of 18 and 9 holes. Pisa airport at 10 km. 85 km away from a ski resort.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor with its own entrance. There is a garden place and a terrace. Inside there is a hall, living room (4x6m), kitchen, bathroom with a toilet and shower, a large bedroom (4x6m) and a smaller bedroom (3.5x3m), and central heating. In total four beds and an extra folding bed. Furthermore there is an extra space behind the apartment with a washing machine. Three adult bikes and two small bikes.

The apartment is ideal for a family of maximum 5 persons or two couples.

Available during the whole year. Playing Golf in Tuscany even in wintertime.
